Golfer & Breakfast Places
Golfer entries and prayer-breakfast admission are not included. Golf registration is available separately at $125 per golfer or $400 per foursome. Contact PHE about breakfast-only guest availability.

Artwork & Sponsor Information
After purchase, provide your business name, website URL, logo, contact name and any included golfer names to PHE. Use the contact page initially; do not send payment card details. PHE will arrange logo-file delivery with you if the form does not accept attachments.
Preferred logo files: SVG, EPS, print-ready PDF, or a high-resolution transparent PNG.
Artwork deadline: Monday, March 1, 2027. Sponsor-supplied artwork should be approved for production by that date. PHE will provide a proof for approval before producing sponsor-specific signs.
Purchases or artwork received after the deadline require PHE confirmation of remaining deliverables before purchase; retrospective social posts or signage that cannot be produced in time are not included.
Recognition Details
Website recognition begins after the sponsorship is confirmed and artwork is received. It remains through March 22, 2028.
Sponsor spotlight pages are included only in the tiers that list one. A linked sponsor card is included where stated.
Dedicated social posts are distributed across the remaining promotion period and post-event recap period. The final post-event thank-you/recap is scheduled within 30 days of the event. Group posts do not count toward a dedicated-post entitlement.
Posts are organizer-created organic recognition. Paid ads, impression counts, lead counts, sales results, search rankings, attendee contact lists and email database access are not included.
Sponsor signs are produced and placed by the organizer in approved locations. Hole assignments, sign placement and installation method are coordinated with the course. No specific hole number, attendee count or audience size is promised.
Additional golf entries, meals, activation space, merchandise, prizes, ad spend or category exclusivity are included only if expressly listed in the written package. Contest sponsorship does not require the sponsor to provide a prize unless separately agreed.
Except for the presenting designation or specified single-contest designation, industry/category exclusivity is not included.
The event benefits Business & Brotherhood and our veteran community. Specific recipient organizations and funding allocations will be announced when confirmed. No tax-deductibility claim is made.
